At Stax Nutrition Center, we want you to be fully satisfied with your supplements and wellness products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the box and ship them to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
